The Greek gift of dip
A mezze plate simply isn’t the same without this Mediterranean staple. The cucumber yogurt sauce extends its fragrant, fresh flair as a dip alongside pita, a condiment on veggie burgers, or a sauce for grilled meats. While some dress this creamy, white sauce with mint, many turn to homegrown dill. Its fragrant, fern-like leaves are exquisitely aromatic. Remember to harvest and eat fresh or freeze dry to retain flavor.

Few things are easier to make and also yield nutrition. Dill is simple to harvest from at home and 100g equals a day’s worth of Vitamin C. Feel free to sprinkle this antioxidant generously!
